My husband and I purchased a Historic home build in 1885 in 2005.Our plans were grand; to restore, remodel and open a bakery café boarding house in a small town called Myrtle Creek Oregon.We had to put a new foundation that cost about 40k, and a new roof with a cost of 26k and new electrical and plumbing.Our money is gone, we now have bad credit and cannot get a loan.I have tried to get the home registered as historic so we could get grants but were denied.Our marriage is now over and I am living here with my daughter and her children.The house has no heat and no kitchen.We need help.We have 100k equity, but cannot get to the money.Any suggestions, ideas or connections would be appreciated.
